A: Sebok provides a 30-day warranty for all of our AC Services. Parts warranty will be as per manufacturer only, however, we will give 45 to 60 days days’ warranty on the parts provided by our Service Expert or purchase us. Moreover, the warranty period may be more or less depending on the product/service, which will be mentioned in the product/service description. (condition apply)
Q: Do I need to pay at the time of booking or can I pay after the service is completed?
A: You may choose to pay at the time of booking online or in cash after the service is delivered; however, if you have purchased a product from us, in that case, the transaction method may be in advance or COD, depending on the product, which will be given in the product description. Sebok always suggests paying online – It might give you an exclusive discount too!
Q: What If my AC is under warranty?
A: If you’re AC or any kind of appliance has a manufacture warranty, we will always recommend that, contract them & take service from an OEM service provider.

Q: What if I hire an appliance technician from Sebok and something goes wrong?
A: Sebok kindly requests you to keep such items in a safe and secure place and supervise the service provider during servicing. If there is any technical error by the service provider A tri-party investigation will be launched (which will involve Sebok, the service partner, and the customer).After completion of a transparent investigation. Detection and rectification of the issue will be made.
Q: Will my AC be taken from home for service?
A: No need to take out AC for servicing. If the service provider diagnosis any critical problem & thinks that the AC needs to be taken to the service center for solving the problem, it will resolve the issue in consultation with you. In that case, the transport charge will be added.
Q: When the transit/transportation cost applicable?
A: If the serviceman must purchase material from outside during the task or AC needs to be taken to the service center to solve any critical problem, the transit/transportation is cost applicable.
Q: Will I get Any Warranty/ guarantee with the new air conditioner/compressor purchased?
A: Every new Air conditioner unit or compressor will be covered by the stranded Warranty/ guarantee extended by the manufacturer. The warranty/guaranteeing product details will be mentioned which you will get.
